Police say 'missing' child at center of search safe, at home whole time

Police say that Blessing Aoci, a four-year-old child whose mother claimed was missing in Rock Island, Wisconsin was actually home and safe the entire time. The mother, Princess Ilunga, is to face charges over the false report.
