PM: 'Whole country will mourn' with family of boy stabbed

At a political meeting in Brussels Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer talked about a 15-year-old boy who died after he was stabbed at a school in Sheffield, adding the 'whole country' will mourn with the teen's family.
