Security Minister says Rudakubana's Prevent case had been 'closed prematurely'

Security minister Dan Jarvis told MPs that Southport killer Axel Rudakubana had already discussed the Manchester Arena bombing and stabbing people when Prevent 'prematurely' closed his case.
