Jaywick residents 'forced' to burn rubbish in barrels amid rodent outbreaks

Jaywick residents are being forced to burn their rubbish in a barrel as the rubbish lines the streets. One of the most deprived communities in the UK has taken to burning their litter and rubbish in order to prevent rodent outbreaks.
