Suspect allegedly raised the Mexican flag in its place

Bodycam footage from the Kern County Sheriff's Office shows the moment 24-year-old Crystal Aguilar was arrested for raising the Mexican flag at Hart Park in California, after allegedly vandalizing the US flag there on Feb. 6.
