NTSB examines Black Hawk helicopter wreckage after Potomac River crash

National Transportation Safety Board workers have been examining the wreckage of the Black Hawk helicopter involved in a crash with an American Airlines plane over the Potomac River in Washington, D.C., after it was recovered from the river.
