Fake Lord pretends to be president of cruise travel group for £400k cruise scam

Richard Lester, 56, posed as a Lord and scammed £400,000 from victims in a fake cruise scheme. Passengers were flown to ports worldwide, only to be turned away. He used the money to fund Las Vegas gambling trips. Jailed for five years.
