Worcester City Council votes to become a transgender sanctuary city

Worcester City Council votes to become a transgender sanctuary city, 9-2. This campaign comes after first openly nonbinary member elected to the council, Thu Nguyen, took a hiatus from the council, after they say the environment was transphobic.
