Flooding and landslides hit California after heavy rain in fire burn areas

Flooding and landslides have hit Malibu in California after heavy rain in the Palisades Fire burn area. Mud coated the large sections of the Pacific Coast Highway, with reports of some people being washed away inside their vehicles.
