BBC Breakfast hit by on-air tech error causing confusion between hosts

BBC Breakfast was disrupted when a technical issue caused confusion on-air. Hosts Jon Kay and Sarah Campbell tried to hand over to Gethin Jones and Rav Wilding, but the two didn't appear on screen, even though they could hear their voices.
