Unverified video emerges of Oscar Jenkins alive in Russian captivity

An unverified video appears to show the Aussie Oscar Jenkins who was taken prisoner by Russian forces while fighting in Ukraine speaking in mid-January about the conditions he was being held in has been posted to Youtube.
