Plainclothes cop knocks down unsuspecting shoplifter in Barnet

CCTV footage has revealed the moment an unsuspecting shoplifter was slammed to the floor by a plain clothes cop as he attempted to flee a shop on an e-scooter. Gavin Nicholls was tackled by the police offer outside a Barnet convenience store.
