Surveillance footage shows 15-year-old boy with autism before being shot by cops

Surveillance footage shows a 15-year-old boy with autism who was followed, and ultimately shot and killed, by police officers. Chase de Balinhard of Canada was allegedly holding a pellet gun and did not understand what the cops were telling him.
