Gordon Cordeiro has maintained his innocence since the 1994 case

The Associated Press reports on the release of Gordon Cordeiro, in light of new DNA evidence, after he spent 30 years in prison for murder. Cordeiro was convicted in the 1994 killing of Timothy Blaisdell during a drug deal robbery in Maui.
