Jailed PKK leader Abdullah Ocalan 'ends 40 years of bloodshed in Turkey'

The outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) militia declared an immediate ceasefire on Saturday. Ocalan as pictured, called on the PKK to lay down it's arms and dissolve, a move that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's government supports.
