PM says UK willing to put 'boots on the ground' but US support needed

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer addressed the Commons saying that Britain will play a 'leading role' in securing peace for Ukraine in its conflict with Russia. He added: 'This house stands with Ukraine because its the right thing to do'.
