Shoplifter strolls out of Tesco with basket full of cooking oil and wine bottle

Moment brazen shoplifter is caught on video strolling out of Tesco with a basket full of cooking oil and a bottle of red. The man is then seen stepping out on to King Street, Southall, west London, as staff helplessly watch on.
