ITV documentary set to show the final hours of woman before her assisted death

The startling reality of assisted dying has been laid bare in a new documentary which shows the final hours of one terminally ill woman in America. Set to be aired on ITV tonight, it follows Jessica Lantz, 43, who lived with terminal dermatomyositis.
