Yorkshire tanker collision was caused by 'incompetence', according to expert

A tanker collision off Yorkshire's coast was caused by "incompetence", according to oceanographer Dr Simon Boxall. Dozens of people were rescued after the MV Stena Immaculate exploded into a fireball, leaking 18,000 tonnes of fuel into the North Sea.
