Mountains of rubbish overflow onto Birmingham street as bin workers strike

A major city has descended into a wasteland plagued by rats after bin workers went on strike and left huge piles of rubbish overflowing onto the streets. Nearly 400 council bin workers in Birmingham have walked out indefinitely.
