Incredible chopper rescue of man trapped in vehicle washed down flooded river

The Orange County Fire Authority made a daring rescue of a man trapped in a flooded river after his vehicle was washed downstream by flood waters in San Juan Capistrano, California. The state was recently hit by heavy rain, flooding and mudslides.
