Dave Fishwick considers Lancashire mayor bid to help real people

Dave Fishwick, star of Bank of Dave, says he is considering running to be Mayor of Lancashire after Angela Rayner confirmed the region will get an elected mayor. Fishwick said he'd do it for free to help real people.
