Cop tells 'pedophile' church director to 'make prayer hands' for cuffs

Andres Andino was arrested for rape and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. The horrific acts occurred in 2013. Bodycam footage of the arrest showed the cops telling Andino, a church director, to 'make prayer hands' in order to be cuffed.
