President Zelensky says ongoing attacks show Russia does not want to end the war

Ukraine's President Zelensky said the ongoing attacks showed Russia did not want to end the three-year-old war. He said Kyiv was waiting for the US reaction to President Putin's rejection of a full ceasefire which Ukraine had previously agreed to.
