CCTV catches 'fishy' couple swiping tip jar from local chippy in West Yorkshire

A pair of thieves were caught stealing a tip money jar from the counter of a chip shop. The dishonest duo distracted the server by asking her for a plastic fork, which she needed to retrieve from the restaurant side of the business.
