Fit and healthy 25-year-old Brit hit by Motor Neurone Disease shows twitches

When Michael Stone was hit by tightness in his left foot and sudden twitching in his early 20s, he blamed it on his waiter job. Three years later, in February this year, the now 25-year-old from San Marcos in Texas was diagnosed with ALS.
