Seagulls seen in the sky as they infest a local rubbish tip 30 miles away

Thousands of seagulls have taken over a local rubbish tip 30 miles off the coast. Residents near Whinney Hill, by Altham near Blackburn, Lancashire, claim they are under siege by the birds, making their lives 'unbearable'.
