Fisherman claims French 'giving migrants lifejackets to cross Channel'

A fisherman has claimed that French authorities are 'giving small boat migrants lifejackets to cross the English Channel'. Fisherman Matt Coker said that he heard it in radio transmissions between British and French vessels.
