The 1% Club viewers call question 'easy' as players get 'obvious' question wrong

During the episode, viewers called the 50% question 'easy' and 'obvious' as it read 'The nine-letter name of which insect is written below with its letters in alphabetical order?' But two contestants still managed to get it wrong!
