Delhi University principal smears cow dung onto walls to keep classrooms cool

In a video posted on social media, Delhi University principal Pratyush Vatsala is seen smearing cow dung on classroom walls in an attempt to keep the spaces cool during the summer. According to traditional Indian beliefs, a coating of cow dung is thought to lower the temperature by a few degrees.
