Nine-year-old Harvey Goodman trains hard for charity half-triathlon. The young boy was inspired to take on the challenge after hearing Brianna Ghey speak on mindfulness, and decided he wanted to help after his cousin passed away from cancer and mindfulness therapy at his school helped him cope with his grief.
