Prolific phone thief arrested after being caught with blind woman's phone jailed

Footage shows City of London Police arresting Oliver Brady, 27, from Edmonton, north London. He admitted to a series of mobile phone thefts on 6 February and was sentenced to two years and three months at the Old Bailey.
