Owner jumps on his vehicle in attempt to stop carjacking before losing leg

The owner of a vehicle held onto his car in an attempt to stop a carjacking in Pelham Bay, New York. The man was double parked in the Bronx picking up food when a suspect left a black SUV and carjacked the vehicle. The horrifying incident is believed to have left the owner seriously injured, reportedly having lost a leg in the attempt to stop the robbery.
