Drunk hotel boss caught urinating on shop's fruit on CCTV in Cornwall

Matthew Howarth, from Windermere in the Lake District, was seen urinating on fruits and vegetables in a walkway at a shop in Stratton, in Cornwall, one afternoon in January. He then got behind the wheel of a car and drove on the A39 before being arrested by police.
