Moment furious woman confronts Aston Martin driver in middle of road

An enraged woman confronted an Aston Martin driver by stepping out into its path as she berated the motorist for revving too loudly. Dressed in navy coat, she stood steadfast with her arms out in the centre of the Mayfair road.
