Cannes Film Festival BANS risqué outfits after years of racy looks

The 78th Cannes Film Festival will look a little different than past ceremonies. The festival issued a warning for guest on and off the carpet to dress slightly more conservatively. Festival attendees risk not being let in if dressed inappropriately.
