Horrifying moment NY town official follows lost DoorDash driver and shoots him

Ring camera video has been leaked showing Chester, New York highway superintendent John Reilly following and then shooting a lost DoorDash driver as the delivery man attempted to drive away after stopping to ask for directions when his phone died.
