Scots schoolchildren caught on camera climbing fence to steal puppy from garden pen

Two young children have been caught on camera attempting to steal a puppy from its pen in Glasgow. The incident on Wednesday, May 14, at breeders Tundra Retrievers in the southside of the city, left owner Jordan Masson stunned when he watched back the disturbing footage.
