Scene in Madrid after ex-Ukrainian official shot DEAD at kids' school

The streets surrounding the American School of Madrid were cordoned off after a former Ukrainian MP was shot dead after dropping his children off at school. Andriy Portnov, a former senior aide to the Ukrainian president, Viktor Yanukovich, was found with at least three bullet wounds in his back and head.
