Fare dodger is caught having evaded a suspected £19,500 in fares

In the second episode of the returning ten part series of FARE DODGERS, the hunt is on in Surrey for a suspect thought to have evaded close to twenty thousand pounds of fares in one of South Western Railway's biggest ever fraud cases.
