Female shoplifter caught on CCTV using short skirt to distract staff

A female shoplifter showed some bare faced cheek as she stole £1,000 worth of jewellery by using her extremely short skirt to distract staff. The woman is said to have deliberately bent down to the lower shelves to flash her bottom and shopkeeper Ian Lambert.
