Despite a £2million price tag, four months of road closures and a petition signed by 1,000 people to halt the project, Hemel Hempstead has now unveiled their latest road layout. In the heart of an industrial estate in the Hertfordshire town, a new Dutch-style roundabout has been revealed to locals. Running along Boundary Way, it is now the UK's fourth cutting-edge highway, with others in Cambridge, Sheffield and Chichester.
