Boat sailing around the Bronx catches fire then EXPLODES

A boat carrying 22 passengers caught fire while sailing around City Island, a beach-front neighborhood in the Bronx, New York. Three people were in the water when Marine 4 arrived and later, more swam ashore to get to safety.
