TV and radio presenter Nihal Arthanayake, 54, has opened up about how he feels in his workplace and claims there's a 'lack of diversity' at the BBC. The journalist first joined the broadcaster in 2002 when he became the co-host to BBC Radio 1's Asian Beats show and has several different roles since.
