Tehran residents surveyed the devastation by the light of day after a night of airstrikes by Israel. Benjamin Netanyahu said the strikes were aimed at limiting Iran developing the ability to create a nuclear weapon. One Revolutionary Guard commander and two top nuclear scientists were killed in the strikes.
