Donald Trump spoke briefly on the shootings in Minneapolis as he departed for the military birthday parade in Washington DC, calling them 'absolutely terrible.' Melissa Hortman, a former assembly speaker and her husband, Mark, were killed in what is being called a possible politically motivated attack.
