Grieving families left frustrated for lack of support after Air India crash

Grieving family members expressed anger and frustration while waiting outside an Ahmedabad hospital to collect bodies of loved ones killed in the Air India crash. Relatives were kept waiting for hours to see the victims and collect DNA samples for the body identification.
