Whoopi takes a week off from The View to accept award for new book in Italy

Whoopi Goldberg gets praise from her co-hosts as she spends the week in Italy to accept award for her new book. She is taking the week off from The View as Joy Behar jokingly wishes bad weather on her while she's away.
