Second hot air balloon veers off course after tragedy that killed eight

A hot air balloon veered off its course and landed in a forest in the southeastern Brazilian state of Espirito Santo. The ballon was carrying seven people, including the pilot, were flying over Pancas, a city in the southeastern state of Espirito Santo, on Sunday.
