TV presenter Narinder Kaur has come under fire after complaining about the lack of 'international cuisine' options during her recent trip to Sicily, italy. Taking to social media, the Big Brother star turned outspoken panellist said she'd eaten '19 types of pasta' and 'the same pizza over and over' during her seven-day holiday.
